200K-Students-Reached

Thank you to our awesome long-term funders, STEM industry and business supporters, and program partners who together make this impact possible.

Partner Honor Roll

We welcome new partners!

Inches, degrees, decibels, or watts -- regardless of the unit of measure, 200,000 of something is A LOT!

This Spring, CRS is celebrating A LOT of inspiration opportunities made possible by awesome teachers, amazing scientist and engineers, altruistic donors, and all-around great partners! It is only through your endless support over the years that CRS has now passed a major milestone! Together, we have reached 200,000 elementary and middle school students with our scientist-in-the classroom programs!

That’s 200,000 kids who have had opportunities to engage in authentic science and engineering, and to meet inspirational role models. Together they have wondered at natural phenomena, explored and experimented, and discovered answers and explanations.

Those seeds of inspiration will blossom in many ways: generating future scientists and engineers, environmental stewards, scientifically literate citizens, curious tinkerers, and creative thinkers who will all contribute to our shared community.

We Celebrate Inspiration, Wonder & Inclusion

Thank you for joining us for an evening of celebrating our milestone of reaching 200,000 students with our programs.

We hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we did, You can watch the video to meet some of the people who inspire us reach out to the next 200,000 students.

Featuring:

  • Kosa Goucher-Lambert, PhD - Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering, University of California, Berkeley ... on the science of inspiration
  • Joseph Krajik, PhD - Lappan-Phillips Professor of Science Education and Director of CREATE, Michigan State University ... on the science of wonder
  • Melisa Medrano - Manager, Talent Acquisition, NGM Biopharmaceuticals ... on inclusion and role models in STEM
