practical support for great science teaching
Co-founders and co-directors Nicki Norman and Anne Jennings joined their professional experience with a shared passion for the public understanding of science and the environment to develop the unique service CRS provides to teachers and the science education community. Ms. Norman's background managing environmental regulatory projects and teaching classroom science enrichment, combined with Ms. Jennings' experience managing informal science education programs, provide broad background in science and the environment, formal and informal education, and local science education resources. Corinn Brown brings her experience teaching science to all grade levels and her project management skills to the position of Special Projects Coordinator. Cecille Harris, Program Coordinator, oversees the teacher request program and the Community in the Classroom Scientist Volunteer Program. Cecille's background includes working with elementary school teachers and community volunteers.
